Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at info@symplyskynyrd.com before sending anything back. Do not ship returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom and print-on-demand items All of our products are custom printed per order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@symplyskynyrd.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll notify you whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@symplyskynyrd.com.
